We collect your name, email ID, LinkedIn profile link, Facebook profile link and biographical data. Of these, LinkedIn profile link, Facebook profile link and biographical data is optional and you can opt not to fill the data.

How do we collect your data?

We collect your data by the means of forms while you are registering for a new account or you are filling contact form on the website. We might also collect your data via your browser’s cookies, only when you use or view our website.

How will we use your data?

Your data will be used for reference purposes only. It is not shared with third party services. To collect your data in the contact form page, we use a form plugin called Contact Form 7 (privacy policy of Contact Form 7). Data collected via contact form page is not saved on our servers. It is mailed to our email ID, for further correspondence with you.
We use different WordPress plugins like Yoast, bbPress and Ultimate Member, that may pass data, including personal information, to external servers to process.

We only use WordPress plugins and themes that are hosted by’s guidelines clearly prohibit tracking users without their explicit informed consent.

How do we store your data?

The data is stored in the database on our hosting server, which is provided by OVH. Your data is secured with 128 bit certified SSL layer for maximum security.
We don’t set a particular time limit on storing information because we need it for future reference. If you want your information to be removed from our database, please contact us. We will remove it anytime there are concerns about your privacy.
